Terms & Conditions

By purchasing the LFG+ Membership (the “Membership”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These Terms govern your access to and participation in the benefits offered by LFG Ventures (“LFG Ventures,” “we,” “us,” or "LFG+") through the Membership.

1. Membership Benefits

As a Member, you will receive the following benefits to investment opportunities presented by LFG Ventures:

• Reduced Carry: Up to 50% less carried interest than non-members.

• Discounted Fees: Management fee discounted up to 50% and capped.

• Lower Minimum: Ability to participate at lower minimums than non-members.

• Priority Access: Priority allocation over non-memberships.

• Special No-Carry Deals: Receive access to certain deals with 0% carry.

  
  

2. Membership Fee, Payment Terms

The price for membership is $5,000 annually. Payment is due in full upon activation. Membership activation occurs upon receipt of payment (the “Activation Date”).

3. Membership Term

The Membership term is for one (1) year, starting on the Activation Date.

4. Termination, Refund Policy

You may cancel your Membership at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for early termination.

5. Confidentiality

You agree to keep all communications, materials, and investment opportunities provided through the Membership strictly confidential. Disclosure to any third party without prior written consent from LFG Ventures is prohibited.

6. Disclaimers

Membership Benefits may vary on a deal-by-deal basis due to the nature and structure of such investments. LFG Ventures does not provide investment, financial, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence before making any investment. Startups and private market investments are inherently risky. Invest only what you can afford to lose. Most venture capital deals yield no returns, and all investments carry significant risk of loss, suitable only for accredited investors who fully understand these risks. Communication by LFG Ventures and the contents of LFG+ are strictly confidential, proprietary, and for evaluating investment opportunities only. Members must not share or misuse this information and are required to sign NDAs. Past performance is no guarantee of future success. You should consult qualified investment, legal, and tax professionals before investing. LFG+ may include forward-looking statements based on current beliefs and assumptions, which may differ materially from actual results. LFG+ is not responsible for updating such statements. While we curate top startup deals and have invested personal capital in all deals to date, we may not invest in all offerings.

7. Investor Status Requirements

To participate in investment opportunities, you must be an Accredited Investor as defined by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). By joining the Membership, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes via email or other appropriate channels.

9. No Guarantees

Although Members receive priority access over non-membership, membership does not guarantee access to any specific investment. LFG Ventures reserves the right to determine allocations and investment opportunities at its sole discretion. There are no guarantees of any financial returns.
