Our access comes through a close co-investment partner we’ve collaborated with on several deals over the past four years. They’ve built a strong relationship with Jimmy and the Beast Industries team, dating back to 2018 when they first invited him to the VidSummit conference—an event he later became a co-owner of. Since then, their relationship has evolved into both a genuine friendship and a successful business partnership, leading to numerous brand and sponsorship deals. They have a direct position on the cap table for this opportunity, and we are co-investing with that entity.
